You were sat studying at your desk in your room. It was the summer and all you wanted to do was get outside in the sun but instead you were stuck studying. Your parents had taken your phone and you were stuck in your room. You couldn't even contact any of your friends or your boyfriend (your boyfriend name)

          Suddenly, you heard a light tapping on your window, you opened it to find (your boyfriend name) stood on the ledge of your window, you opened it and let him in. You squealed quietly and hugged him. He grinned to you excitedly. But then you both began panicking when you heard "(your name)!" Your mum shouted up the stairs. You pushed (your boyfriend name) into your wardrobe, shutting the door behind you and quickly sat back down before your mum entered.

          “We are going out shopping, we’ll be gone a couple of hours. You need to carry on studying, we still have your phone but you can use the house phone downstairs. Only. For. Emergencies.”

She told you clearly as she checked to see how much you had already done. You nodded and smiled to her as she left your bedroom. You didn’t let your boyfriend out of your wardrobe straight away, so you watched your parents get into their car and leave. Once they were definitely gone, you let your boyfriend out of your wardrobe. He sat on your bed behind you whilst you studied.

          "Are you just going to sit and watch me?" You asked him, and he smiled at you and nodded.

          As you studied, your boyfriend got up and hugged you from the back. You dropped your pen and smiled, Your boyfriend's hugs were the best. You got up and hugged him back.

          "Ok ok. Back to studying!” He told you after he had twirled you around a couple of times then put you back down. You whined and sat back down. As he sat behind you on your bed, playing on his phone.

          You opened your eyes and blinked a couple of times. You looked around and everything was sideways. You bolted your head upright and realised you had fallen asleep on your desk.

          “Aish!” You cried out. You looked to the side to see a drink and a snack beside you to where you were sleeping. You frowned and turned around quickly. (your boyfriend name) was gone, he had disappeared. You ran to your window and your parents were back home. You rubbed your eyes and cried out. You had fallen asleep. You sulked back into your chair and pulled off a sticky note attached to the drink

           – ‘Tut tut tut. My princess fell asleep. Study! Study! Study! After you’ve drank and eaten these. Fighting!’

          You smiled at the note from your boyfriend and followed what he had told you to do. Suddenly, your door opened and your mum walked in.

          “We’re back. Did you study? Oh. You made yourself a drink and a snack. That’s ok.” Your mum told you as she smiled.

          You grinned innocently to her as she shut your door again.
